Uganda Teen Moms Surviving the Slum

Uganda Teen Moms Surviving the Slum Today I went to one of the biggest and most impoverished slums in Uganda. From a previous visit I had noticed many young girls with babies. Despite the appallingly miserable livi...
Shunned by a village, Left to Die (Hard to believe this . . . )

This is the story of a dog I found who was shunned by a village and left to die. Here in Uganda you will often see mud brick houses that have been half built and then they are abandoned for years because the owner doesn't have the money to finish them. One afternoon I was out exploring in a neighboring village and I happened to walk into the back room of this abandoned home. From the dark, I sa...

I asked Ugandan People What they Know about the World . . . Today I went into a local area in the suburbs of Kampala, Uganda asking Ugandans some geography questions about America. In the first segment I ask them to tell me the names of as many American cities that they know. Many of the people I asked where not sure if they were naming states or cities. In the second segment I ask them what co...

Even before I arrived in Katanga Slum the scenery was amazing as we snaked our way through the crowds of workers, pedestrians vendors and automobiles all fighting for space on the bustling streets of the city. As soon as I got to Katanga slum a large family...

Great to hear from you but being judgmental on the behalf of homeless people in USA is not cool. They are on the streets because of capitalism. As are people in Uganda. But the climate in the states makes things more hazardous for outdoor living. If the weather is great all you need is food, basically. Big picture. But in Europe and the states, winters are a bitch and reckon you forgot about that. The problem with the states is MONEY rules and money PEOPLE rule, fuck the rest. Europe only marginally better. So getting judgmental is too easy, Ryan. Do something about it instead. Peace....🙂

Certain people create paradise wherever they go. So beautiful, clean, ...low crime, DEI, .... high IQ, technology, engineering, .... 1000's of years of progression on display. They have created and contributed so much to this world. We can't thank you enough.

I like the "two arms two legs" work theory. Of course a person could have a bad heart but since you can't see it and you've got two legs and two arms then you should stop being lazy and get to work? Its so conservative to kick all the elderly off social security and disabled veterans off their workman's compensation insurance because "Two arms and two legs" theory. You must not see all the "migrants" who came to America who are living on welfare when they never held a job in America.
